Check that the machine or cluster that runs your stack is switched on and reachable.
Moorhold is started
From your stack directory, run
moorhold up. It starts anything that is stopped and leaves the rest alone.DNS and TLS are right for your address
Your address (for example
data.yourorg.example) must point at your stack, and must have a valid HTTPS certificate for that name. Openhttps://data.yourorg.examplein a browser and check there is no certificate warning.The health endpoint answers
Open
https://data.yourorg.example/api/moorhold/healthin a browser. It should show{"moorhold":true,"status":"ok"}. It must answer directly, with no redirect, and allow requests from this website. Anything else, or no answer, means the launcher cannot hand you over.Try again
Go back to sign in. If the health endpoint answers
"starting", sign-in will still go ahead.
