How the Moorhold website handles personal data.

Who is responsible
Allotment Technology Ltd (company number 16925574, registered in England and Wales; ICO registration ZC092549) is the data controller.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts are served from the same place as the pages.
The site runs on Allotment Technology's own servers, rented from Hetzner in a data centre in Helsinki, Finland.
To keep the site running and secure, the servers log each request: your IP address, the page requested (without any query string), the time, and your browser's user-agent. Those logs are stored with Hetzner in Germany and deleted automatically after 30 days.
If you email us
If you write to hello@moorhold.dev, we use what you send only to reply to you. Our mailboxes are provided by Migadu, a Swiss email provider whose mail servers are in the EU. We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your message and to keep proper business records, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
